Wishing all of our Jewish Friends good fasting! Isn’t it interesting how many commonalities there are between the major religions? Fasting and charity being some.

3 1/2 years ago, an arsonist set fire to the Central International Fellowship Church on 16th Ave, and a congregation was left without their building. They thought it would only take a few months to rebuild, but between COVID-19 and supply issues, it's taken this long to rebuild.

This is a very exciting time for interfaith!!  The Parliament of World's Religions conference is convening in Chicago on August 14, 2023!

With the temperatures into the 100s, it's important for all of us to recognize the inequalities all around us so that we know they are there, work to change them, and help people in our communities to live better, healthier lives.

Watching the coronation of King Charles, the interfaith element stood out to me.
