United We Stand

Thursday, December 8th, was the semi-annual United We Stand event at SALAM, with the topic of Gun Violence.
The event was attended by 7 ICGS board members, including Serene Erby (President), Carol Loew (board member), Deacon Paul Friedrich (Treasurer), Joni Roberts (board member), and Jon Fish (past President), all of whom spoke or said prayers from the heart for the event. Akram Kevel (board member) was the main organizer of the event.
Interfaith has a voice in this topic, with all religions and congregations dealing with violence within the family, our neighborhoods, our houses of worship, and places we visit often. Every single person is affected by gun violence in some way.
Let us come together to find answers and solutions to this complex problem.
