From The President’s Desk
A dedicated group of volunteers has been keeping this Food Locker going through the pandemic every single week. They serve a huge amount of people. The last week in July, they served 291 households with 1,112 people. Around 44 new families benefited from catfish fillets, apples, potatoes, and food bags.
They are always looking for more volunteers with bagging on Thursdays and passing out food on Fridays. Please help if you can. With inflation and prices for everything going up, many are having to choose between food for their families and paying bills. Helping bags some food, if you are able, would be a great help to Joey’s!!
