How can we Help Uyghur Muslims?

The Chinese government has oppressed Uyghur Muslims for generations: they cannot fast in Ramadan, they are force-fed alcohol, put in re-education camps, the women are sterilized – and they face even more hardships.

All the apparatus of the Chinese state are being used to destroy the Islamic identity of the Muslims of East Turkestan (called Xinjiang – ‘new province’ – by China). It is our duty as Muslims to be aware of what is happening, and what we can do to help them.
